RIPPLELAB: A visual tool for HFO analysis

less than 1 minute read

We developed RIPPLELAB, a comprehensive application to facilitate the analysis of High Frequency Oscillations (HFOs).

RIPPLELAB provides a wide range of tools for HFOs manual and automatic detection and visual validation. All of them are accessible from an intuitive graphical user interface.

We implemented four methods for automated detection. Also, we implemented several options for visualization and validation of detected events.

With RIPPLELAB is possible to develop an analysis of multiple files and channels. Furthermore, new options can be added by the users.

Unlike other available software packages for EEG analysis, RIPPLELAB uniquely provides the appropriate graphical and algorithmic environment for HFOs detection (visual and automatic) and validation.

This application gives the power of elaborated detection methods to a wide range of users (experts and nonexperts).

If you want to know more about this tool, you can access the paper here, open RIPPLELAB on GitHub or read the user manual
